Refund policy

1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled if dispatched from the warehouse. 
   2. Items received damaged are entitled to replace by the company by verifying with the unboxing video.
   3. ⁠The right to judge the plant conditions depends on the experts . Proper care and maintainence guidance would be provided by the team . 
   4. ⁠If item need to be refunded other than plants it is required to send back to company address on customer expense . Seeing same condition of product as it is dispatched the refund would be allocated in 3-4 days after receiving packet .
