Refund & Return Policy — Plant Orbit

1. Order Cancellation

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We begin processing and preparing your plants for shipment immediately. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible before it is dispatched, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Damaged Items — Replacement

If an item arrives damaged, you are entitled to a replacement, subject to verification against your unboxing video. The unboxing video must be continuous and unedited, from before the package is opened until the product is fully unpacked.

3. Plant Condition Assessment

The condition of a plant on arrival is assessed by our in-house experts based on the unboxing video and photos submitted. Our team will provide proper care and maintenance guidance to help your plant thrive after delivery.

4. Refunds for Non-Plant Items

For items other than plants (e.g., pots, planters, tools, accessories), if a refund is approved:

• The item must be shipped back to our company address at the customer's expense
• The product must be returned in the same condition as it was dispatched
• Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–4 business days

5. Healthy Plants Are Non-Refundable

Plants confirmed to be healthy and undamaged at delivery are not eligible for refund or return. This is because the stress of return transportation can itself damage or kill the plant, defeating the purpose of a return.

6. No Refund After Replacement

Once a replacement has been issued for a damaged or defective item, that order becomes final — no further refund will be provided for the same item.

7. Partial Damage Threshold

• If the damaged portion of an order is 30% or more of the total order value, you are eligible for a refund.
• If the damage is below 30% of the order value, the affected item(s) will be replaced instead of refunded.
